Delivery
Free delivery on orders over $100 within Surrey and Delta. Everywhere else gets a small travel fee, quoted upfront — never a surprise.

FAQ
Bouquets and foil balloons can usually go out next day. Garlands, arches and custom backdrops need 3–5 days so we can source colours and print your design. If your date is tight, send the form anyway — we will tell you straight away what is possible.
Surrey, Delta, Langley, White Rock, Cloverdale and North Delta. Delivery is free on orders over $100 within Surrey and Delta; other areas carry a small travel fee quoted upfront.
Helium latex balloons float for 12–24 hours, or up to 3 days when treated. Foil and air-filled garlands hold up for several days indoors. Keep everything out of direct sun and away from heat.
Yes. Send a photo or a Pinterest link in the notes box and we will match the palette as closely as our stock allows, then confirm with you before building.
Garlands, arches and backdrops are installed on-site by us. Bouquets, toppers and treats are delivered ready to place.
A 50% deposit confirms your date for installs. Bouquet orders are paid on delivery. Cancellations more than 48 hours out are fully refundable.
